    Hello!
I’ve been pulling my hair out on this problem for a couple days now and would appreciate some guidance.

Our website is running OpenLiteSpeed with Litespeed Cache plugin. We would like to cache the website for logged in users as well so we turned on the option to cache logged in users.

However, this option causes our website’s login page to stop letting people sign in.

Steps we took to try to fix the issue:

We excluded the login page, as well as the my-account page (served after successful sign in) from being cached, then purged all cache. The issue wasn’t solved.

We disabled ESI per recommendations from other threads. The issue wasn’t solved.

We disabled litespeed cache and the login page is working fine with the BodyCommerce plugin on. We narrowed it down to the option “Cache Logged in Users.” When this option is turned off our sign in functionality is restored to normal.

As you can imagine, this isn’t ideal as its important for our e-commerce website with many returning customers to experience a quick site even when logged in. My report number is BXHLHIUX. Any help or guidance would be appreciated!

actually without ESI, cache login user is not very efficient , as private cache is usually short-lived , user’s private cache will probably expired before he or she got chance to re-visit the cached page

did you see any error message upon login action in browser dev tool console ?

    Hey @qtwrk ,

Thank you for taking the time to help. I really appreciate it.

I reenabled ESI per your advice and went to the console to take a look but unfortunately nothing comes up.

I’ve also checked out the network request and I don’t see anything valuable there either.

If you would like to try it out the test login info is test-customer for both username and password.

I see, if you are running OLS, then you can not enable ESI, it will break things
