In understand the front-end login process in Peepso is tied to the [peepso_activity] shortcode, but this automatically renames the title tag of the page to ‘Activity’.

Can I display the login form on it’s own page?

I need a login page for visitors, and then I used the activity shortcode as part of wider page called Dashboard. So I also need to change the page title set by Peepso.

    Thanks,
    Paul.

I see now if activity isn’t the site home page this causes issue with toolbar navigation. Is there a safe way to override where the toolbar points to? I don’t see any developer docs on the Peepso site?

Also, why does the plugin strip the site name out of the title tag? So instead of Activity | <mysite>, the title is just Activity?

    Hi,

When you change the slug or the title of the page PeepSo should recognize the change made in the page with the shortcode and update its links. As for the ‘login form’, when you put [peepso_activity] shortcode on any other page, PeepSo takes that page as it’s activity page (it was saved most recently saved page with the shortcode) and rewires its navigation.

I’d suggest using the PeepSo Profile widget as a login form.

    I hope that helps.

    Kindest regards.

    Hi,

I created a new page called Dashboard, copy and pasted the activity shortcode in. Using that method, Peepso does not update its links. I deleted that page, recreated Recent Activity, then changed its title and slug. That now works.

I don’t want to use a widget as a login form since this will create a poor experience on mobile devices. The login form should be available as a shortcode to allow for creating more stylized login pages.

How do I stop Peepso stripping the site name out of its pages?

Any developer documentation? There’s nothing on the Peepso site.

    Thanks,
    Paul.
