Login page 2 factor Authentication select area not visible correctly

Based on your short problem description it’s difficult to understand what your 2FA issue exactly is. The provided screenshot seems to be cut off (at the bottom). Not sure whether this is what you actually see or whether it’s unintentional.

Unregardless, you can check whether there are any javascript errors displayed in the browser console. If so, please share the javascript error(s).

Hi @ruwan1982, are you referring to this screen: https://share.getcloudapp.com/rRuQXKm8? If so, that would be the 2FA onboarding process that shows when you enable the Two-Factor feature. There should be an option to skip the process, or you can choose to enable the Email method and receive the code there.

Now, in case you cannot skip the process, or you can’t receive the authentication code in your email, you can temporarily disable the feature using FTP/File Manager. Add the code below inside your wp-config.php file just above the line that says, “That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging.” This code temporarily disables all iThemes Security features.

Once logged in, change the authentication method by enabling the Mobile App method and saving some Backup Codes as seen here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuXbANY. Then, remove the line of code you just added inside the wp-config.php file.
