    Respected sir/madam,

Everything works fine in the desktop version/resolution but when I try to log in on mobile version/resolution (mobile, even on a desktop) then login menu doesn’t change to user account menu as it should. After refreshing the page, it shows the user account menu. I’m using the mobile menu plugin for left and right mobile menus.

I have excluded login page from the cache. Please find the detail about the Litespeed cache report.

    Visual explanation of the issue:
Login: using username/password, google, facebook, twitter OAUTH

    Logging:

Login result shows: again same login option instead of Hi, username account menu

After clicking login menu again: goes to profile section. It means login was successful but somehow not changing menu to account menu

    Correct result: Hi, Username menu

Please let me know if any queries.

    Indiano

  • Hi,

Please try turning on “Cache Mobile”, then purge all and see if it resolves your issue.

    Regards.

    Hi @tenkstars,

It’s written under the cache mobile option in the LiteSpeed setting.

Cache mobile views separately. Only enable for AMP or mobile-specific design/content, not for responsive sites.

    1) My website is responsive not AMP. Should I still be turning it on?
    2) After turning Cache mobile on, I still have very few cases where the issue still persists. What could the probable cause?

    Have a nice day.

    Regards & Thanks
    Indiano

    Hi,

Sounds like most of your cases are resolved with Cache Mobile enabled, but a few still remain unresolved. If so, you’ll need to examine those cases and find out how different they’re from those that are fixed, and we’ll go from there to see if we can get them right as well.

    Regards.

    Hi @qtwrk,
