Login not working sometimes

    I am using [pms-login] shortcode to make members login into the site. The problem is that the member is able to login sometimes and sometimes not. Sometimes the error message “Both fields are empty” is displayed and the member is not able to login. This happens randomly.

    For eg. I created a new user by signing up and tried login with that user and that didn’t login. I also tried logging in with admin and it didn’t login too and then I tried with my old subscriber account and it logged in and then again I tried with admin and it simply logged it in.

    Please help me with this issue.

  • Hi,

    This shouldn’t happen. Can you try to disable all other plugins and use a default WordPress theme? Maybe there is a theme / plugin conflict.
