Login not working properly

Hi, after entering my details on the Login (UWP) and click login. It goes blank and then I have to refresh it 2X before it logs me in. I am getting this error message 8550. For the profile page, when clicking on the Profile page (Profile UWP) https://truheros.com/?page_id=8565&username=alley4u I am getting this error message Can’t access this page, Too many Try’s.
I also had all my plugins deactivated and still does the same. Can you please help.
