Login not working even though I have green checks across the board

Hey there, I have two sites on subdomains. The main site and a site that users on the main site should be able to login to.

I was under the impression that if users on the main site were to visit the secondary site that they would be able to login using their main site credentials, but that doesn’t seem to be working for me?

The main site is a membership site with some 5K or so users. The secondary site only has 6 users listed presently. I have an account on the members site that I try to login with on the secondary site and keep getting a ‘this user does not exist’ error.

On the Remote Sync on both sites when I do the ‘checks’ I get green marks for everything on the connection.

Thanks for the interest in WPRUS!
What you experience is normal – users are NOT synced upon login – only their login state is, if they exist on all sites.
Please read the FAQ, in particular the entry under “What happens to existing users after activating WP Remote Users Sync?”.
