login not working

  • I know my username and password but when I try to login it doesn’t work. When I try to reset the password it tells me there is no user registered at that address. What do I do? It worked as of a couple days ago.

  • Are you the owner/administrator of the site? If not (or if you are and there are other admins), ask them for help.

    Someone may have guessed your password, gotten in, and changed your password/e-mail. Just one possible explanation though.

    If you’re the administrator of the site, I don’t think there’s anything you can do, unfortunately.
