    Hello!
I’ve installed your plugin to create a reserved area on my site.
I’ve also installed WPML: main site is in Italian but you can view the english version at the following link: https://www.sixdevice.com/en/
In reserved area page I added, following the plugin docs, the shortcode [user_registration_my_account] to display the account details if the user is logged in or the login form for guest users.
The registration works correctly, but the login action doesn’t.
I cannot see any errors in console and I don’t understand why it’s not working.
Preavously without WPML plugins registration and login forms worked.
Can you help me please? Let me know how I can send you username and password to do some tests.
    Emanuela

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @tarya85,

It doesn’t seem like WPML issue. Did you modify the login page template?
All fields class and name are changed to your theme name “ronneby-“.

Please revert it back to “user-registration-“. Or simply delete and install again.
Hope this might solve your issue.

    Thanks!

    Hello!
    thanks for your reply.
I solved the issue updating the template files in child theme (I forgot to do it after updating the plugin).
Now login works correctly! I added the reference to the theme name for string translations (with “user-registration” the string is not beeing translated under WPML string translation).
The only strings I cannot traslate are the fields in user profile once he’s logged in (first name, last name and job). These fields comes from the registration form I created.
I know the plugin is not compatible with WPML, but do you know a way to translate those fields? I hope in the future this plugin will be compatible.
    Thanks a lot!
    Emanuela

    Hi there,

We recommend you to use Loco Translate. As it is supported by our plugin.

    Thanks!
