I have deactivated plugins to see if there was a conflicting plugin working against the login shortcode however, there is not.

I have tried adding the shortcode in text format, I have tried unbolding it as was copied and pasted from the website.

What is strange is that the shortcodes for registration and

I get a page saying “Safari can’t open the page, too many redirects occurred trying to open the page”. When select the login link that I used the shortcode on I can see in the URL of the browser that it is flipping back and forth from, https://www.betterbusinesssource.com/login/ to https://www.betterbusinesssource.com/wp-login-php/ about 15 times before giving me the Safari error.

I have tried on other browsers and I get the same issue. Can you tell me why the shortcode would be causing the URL to flip back and forth from each URL as if it cannot decide what it is before timing out and giving up?

    Thank you,

The rest of the shortcodes that I have tried have worked great

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @usmcviking,

Can you create a new page that you give a different name and check if it works on that page ?

We don’t setup such redirects so I believe this is caused by something else. Have you tried switching to a default theme like TwentySeventeen and see if it works afterwards ? Your theme might have some code that does this.

    Let me know.

    Regards.

Yes, I also tried with a new theme, I think I used 2016.

I finally did discover that it works when I deactivate Yoast Premium plugin. Which is unfortunate because that is a vital plugin to my website.
