Login not possible with this plugin or no support anymore??

I got a bit concerned when I saw a support question, 10 months old by someone with same question apparently not responded to.
After a lot of trouble trying out different solutions by different people, I noticed of the many plugins I have, it is wpcareers which I recently installed enabled that no one can login to the site!
If I only disable it, the problem goes away.
- So what does one do to be able to use this otherwise wonderful plugin?
- Is there anyway to use this plugin without one column? I am using the Custom Community theme and it is primarily a community site with just a small but important job board section and so want to continue using my current theme. Is there any way to limit the one column IF it must be to the wpcareer pages?
- Lastly, is there any German translation of this anywhere?
I would be very grateful to get a response to these questions?
