Login not function correctly

We have a problem with the login and redirect login.

We did an export of a functional single site to a multi-site server. When testing the login function, it works correctly with the URL assigned by the multisite-server, but when we change the URL of the site to the production URL, the login stops to work: no matter what we do we are not able to login, we are simply redirected to the login page and cannot access the wp-admin or any other part of the site, no matter the user role.

we have tried to modify the redirectTo Url in the login page, but it has no effect.
