Login/Logout Nav Link Conflict

    I have an issue that my login/logout nav link doesn’t redirect to the UM Login/Logout page, but it always go to open wp-login page…..

    I have checked the option many times in the UM Settings that it is exactly the same with their default settings (7 default pages)….

    Please anyone can help?
