    Hello everyone.

I was reading other post about this issue but I still cannot solve it.

After migration from local to hosting WordPress when WooCommerce activated ask me for login in every link I go. When deactivated the issue disappear.

I have tried everything that is recommended, cache, permalinks, url, rename plugins folder, try othe themes, erase cookies, change password, erase all the WooCommerce tables and data, reinstall, but the problem appears again when I activate the plugin.

Someone knows what about this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @alexherbert,

Are you saying that every time you visit a page, you’re redirected to the admin login page? If so, could you provide more details about what’s happening? Do you get redirected when accessing public pages, or are you seeing a login pop-up instead?

More information will help in understanding the issue better. If possible, consider recording your screen using Loom or sharing relevant screenshots to illustrate the problem.

Correct. Once activated WooCommerce website start to ask for login again and again.

And it was the same with no translation or login url change plugins.

Its says configuration must to be finished but is because I erased everything in the BD of woocommerce troubleshooting, with the configuration complete was the same.

I made a video so you can see behaviour before was okay and after woocommerce activation loop started.

    Hi @alexherbert,

I appreciate you taking the time to share the video. However, I noticed that you only tested the login after activating WooCommerce—it would be helpful to see how the login behaves when WooCommerce is not active as well.

Additionally, your site appears to have a lot of customizations, including a custom login page and a login system that seems to be controlled by either your theme or the download plugin you have installed. This looks like a potential conflict issue.

To better understand your setup, please share your system status report by navigating to WooCommerce > Status > Get report > Copy for support and pasting it on https://pastebin.com.

I’d also appreciate it if you could record another screen capture, this time without WooCommerce active, and try logging in again using the affiliate test account. This will help us pinpoint the issue more accurately.

As I said before, I tried everything you mentioned. That’s why I just fimled this specific part, because is the point when the loop start. The video shows the behaviour before and after activation.

Why you ask for making public all the private information of my site?
If you need more info for help I could give it to you but private

    Hello alexherbert,

    Thank you for your reply.

I watched the video you shared and it looks like a conflict.

To troubleshoot further, I recommend performing a Conflict Test.
This will clarify what is causing the problem.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the System Status Report.

Currently, I can see that you are not using the latest version of WooCommerce and blusky theme. Could you please update WooCommerce and theme to the latest version?

Also, just to confirm — have you had a chance to run a conflict test, as my colleague suggested in the previous response?

I noticed that you have multiple plugins active on your site, and some of them could potentially be causing the issue. For testing purposes, could you please temporarily deactivate the following plugins and check if the issue persists:

    • FluentAuth
    • LoginPress
    • Wordfence Security
    • WPS Hide Login
    • Hostinger Tools
    • LiteSpeed Cache

If the issue still occurs after deactivating those plugins, I would recommend deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Twenty Twenty-Five to see if that resolves the issue.

Please let me know how it goes!

I think is not the issue the other plugins. I tried changing theme and deactivating all plugins.

Yesterday I was trying again and the problem disappeared. But then showed another one. I couldn’t register a new user, I recieved an error that “a token is necessary and I should assure that JavaScript is active.” And I couldn’t modify the menu.

The problem starts when I activate WooCommerce and Yith Affiliates. For me is another “black hand” that doesn’t want I have customers.

    Hi there!

Thanks for the update! It’s good to hear that the previous issue seems to have been resolved.

Regarding the new problem — just to confirm, are you able to register a new user if you deactivate the YITH Affiliates plugin while WooCommerce is still active?

If the registration works fine without YITH Affiliates, it could indicate a compatibility issue between the two plugins. In that case, I’d recommend reaching out to YITH Affiliates support to report the conflict, as they would be best equipped to look into it further.

Please let us know what you find — happy to help if you need further guidance!

Is not the Yith Affiliate plugin. The login loop starts when I activate WooCommerce

    Hello alexherbert,

    Thank you for your reply.

To confirm, does the problem occur when WooCommerce and Yith Affiliate plugins are active at the same time? Or does it also occur when only WooCommerce is active but Yith Affiliate is not active?

If it only occurs when WooCommerce and Yith Affiliate plugins are active, this suggests a conflict between two plugins. It would be helpful to contact Yith support and ask them if this issue has been reported by other users to them.

Additionally, please check for any error logs under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs.
If you find anything, share them with me.

Looking forward to your response. ??
