Login Loop on some of the users

Hi there, I can’t replicate this, It just happens randomly with users. Sometimes when this happens we create them new credentials but now a user contacted me and says that these credentials have a problem too. I checked with her credentials and the problem is real.

I don’t think it’s related to the credentials themselves but more due to the page that they are being redirected to after login, has another redirect on it.

In order for us to have a better understanding of your site, please can you provide us with your Site Health information for your WordPress site? Your Site Health contains details about your WordPress and PMPro setup which can help us quickly pinpoint possible conflicts or problems that could cause the issue you’re currently experiencing.

Please follow the steps below to retrieve your Site Health Info in the WordPress admin and reply back to us when the details have been added:

1. Navigate to Tools > Site Health in the WordPress admin.

Thank you for sharing this. Please temporarily deactivate Tutor LMS and let me know if the issue persists? I’d like to rule out the possibility of their plugin adding any redirects to the site.

Good Morning. It was TutorLMS, It was interfering with PMPro. I downloaded an older version of TutorLMS and everything works now. Thank you for your assistance. You can close this thread.
