Login & Logout State of users

    Hi
    I am using Ultimate member along with Woo commerce and WP Job Manger. And Assigning Same Page as a Woo Commerce My Account and Ultimate Member My account Page.
    When some one Registering Through UM Signin or Register using UM, I have redirecting users to Woo commerce My Account Page, I don’t require UM My Account Page, So I don’t create that at the time of Installation.
    Now the problem is that, when the users visiting other pages, user’s logged-in state are not showing and users is confuse about their state. Logged-in or Not?
    So let me know What to do? Is it require to create a My Account page for UM, Basically I don’t require that page. SO Can I make that page De-indexed? What will be the best practices for that?

    Hi @shuvashish,

    Can you please clarify what logged-in state are you referring to?
    I’m afraid, it is important to have the Account page accessible for users.
    The correct UM Account page should be also assigned in Ultimate member -> Settings -> General -> Pages.

    yes!! Let me explain the issues…
    My site is a job portal using WP JOB Manager, Woo Commerce, Yith Plugin.
    Logged-in state means Logged-in user.
    Problem is that Woo commerce also have a my account page and UM too. I have assign My Account Page same as for Woo commerce and UM, But if I do that, Yith Woo commerce My account Customization plugin is not working. I am not able to import the WP Job Manger functionality on Woo Commerce My account Page. It Shows nothing.
    If I assign only Woo Commerce page as a default My Account page, then it works.
    So now problem is that, I have only use UM login,Signup functionality for my site. I don’t require UM My account page at all. because in UM I am not able to import WP Job Manager end points or not able to use any short code through UM My Account Page.
    Not If I not assign any My Account page for UM, then when a user login to my portal and accessing any other page of my site, then some times it is not showing the user the status like user are login to my site.
    Even if don’t change the NAV menu of my site. After refresh only it will take effect and user got the required NAV menu for my site.
    Please let me know how can I resolve the issues. If I create a My Account page for UM, then my site will have multiple My Account page, which is not a standard practice.

    It looks like a cache issue. Could you please check if your site has a cache plugin or server cache enabled?

    Yes!! We have WP Rocket plugin on our site. So please let me know how to resolve that? or what to do?
    Secondly I am still not cleared about Both My Account Page(UM & Woo-commerce). I have not created UM My Account page on my site. There is only Woo-commerce My account page and on UM Settings intentionally I kept the field blank for My Account page ID.

    Yes I have tried it with disabling the WP Rocket plugin. But the issues remain.

    Hi @shuvashish
    Could you please check if your hosting provider has enabled any cache module on the server? If there’s similar cache such as Varnish cache, can you please ask them to temporarily disable it and see if the issue still occurs?
