    Have you used a .htaccess file to deny access to the /wp-admin/ directory?

    no, infact i have NEVER even had any use for a .htaccess file!

    Oh, by the way, I’ve installed it on a CLOSED LOCAL INTRANET with all the required things which are MySQL, PHP and Apache.

    Are the permissions on the /wp-admin/ directory set to 755 (CHMOD 755)?

    And, yes, please post your WordPress, Apache, PHP, and MySQL versions.

    oh! I’ve fixed it! All i had to do was apply a <DIRECTORY> code and add index.php to the DirectoryIndex thing.
