login issues im loosing my members even though username and pass is correct

    i have to keep clearing the cookies in browser and use a dif account to activate it and clear cookies again and close window reopen and clear cache then still says account not found then refresh then it just pops up im logged in on the page this happens everytime i log out or restart my computer

    Hi @jaymzwayne,

    This sounds very much like a server issue, i used to see this type of thing many years ago and it was to do with how cookies were stored. UWP does not directly add any cookies. This could also be an agressive caching issue with a plugin or cloudflare. Please try deactivating any caching or pausing cloudflare (if using it) and re-test. Please check if this happenes with out plugin disabled also.

    thank you it was a plugin called core web apps soon as i clicked on settings for it it triggered a critical error on website i deleted it and cleared the cookies and logged in then logged out log back in the problem went away thank you for your help

    it went back to having problems again my site is down
