only one subscriber account is showing everyone when subscribers are trying to access it.

If cloudflare development mode is on, then the site is running well.

    what should I do ??
I am using paid memberships pro for a long time.
But this problem starts suddenly 15 hours ago.

  • Hey @trisnarta,

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’re running into this issue. We recommend using the latest versions of Paid Memberships Pro and WordPress, so can you please update to Paid Memberships Pro 2.9, and WordPress 6.0.1, and then let me know if this resolves the problem? What changed recently?

Paid Memberships Pro 2.9, and WordPress 6.0.1 are updated on my site.

But still, the issue is there. This issue is happening recently 1-2 days.

Please reach out to your host to restore your site to when it worked previously. I hope they can help to restore your site.

I recommend to tweak your CloudFlare settings to be less aggressive regarding the CDN/Caching settings.

Here’s some documentation that may help – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/advanced/caching/

While this doesn’t cover CloudFlare specifically, it may help you configure CloudFlare correctly.
