Installed WordPress 2.7.1 on godaddy, worked fine. Installed a plugin that allows the site to be private and gives everyone a password – Absolute Privacy. But it is only working in IE.

In other browsers the password box goes blank after hitting enter and the page doesn’t advance. If you put in a wrong password you get an error message, as you should. But the password box going blank is odd and only happening in non Internet Explorer browsers.

The plugin author says nobody else has reported having this issue so I’m wondering if there is something within WordPress i should look at, or possibly with my host godaddy.

    Plugin being used:

Thanks for any ideas on where to look…

    Here’s some more information.
I have it installed on two websites at Godaddy, one is my primary account and it doesn’t work. It’s also on another domain but on that site it works fine. I’ve tried turning off all other plugins and re-uploaded the files, nothing seems to get it to work.

Both sites are running same version of wordpress and same theme. So the only difference I can see at this point is the fact that one is the primary domain on my godaddy account and the other is within a subfolder and on a different domain.

    Any ideas?

I am having the same issue only I can not get in using Internet Explorer at all. I get in fine using Mozilla. Any help would be appreciated.
