Login Issues

Good afternoon,

We keep having reoccurring issues with your plugin ‘Theme My Login’. Our WordPress support has been unable to fix the problem. Our client’s customers are unable to login and when they try to reset their login password they are unable to do so. We have tried multiple things including deactivating other plugins and still no change.

This is an intermittent issue and doesn’t happen with all of their customers. Would you have any solutions to this problem?
