Login issue — support team

Our company is having an across-the-board issue where no one is able to login to WordPress to update our multiple page website.

We cannot contact Support directly because we are unable to login. We have a paid account and should be entitled to the Support contact form, but cannot access it as we cannot login (which is the issue for which we need support.)

WordPress staff – please let us know what we can do, or how we can contact you. There seems to be no email address or phone number, only the form (which we want to use and cannot access) and these forums.
