  • Hi @acardenasf

I can see you are using Google reCAPTCHA V2 on your site. Are you sure you have created and used V2 secret and site keys? Sometimes users create V3 keys and enable V2 on the site.

So please make sure you have created right keys (V2 in your case).

    Hi ,

the same happened to me, and I suspect it’s because of the v2/v3 issue as supposed by @maneshtimilsina. How can I fix it?

    Thank you
    Giovanni

    Hi @albogast

You can delete the plugin from FTP or cPanel and login to your wp-admin. After that you can install it again and use the proper site/secret keys (V2 or V3). Hope this helps.

Yes,I’m sure have created and used V2 secret and site keys. I had to remove the plugin and installed other plugin, this new plugin is working fine with my V2 keys.
