Login Issue – Email/App ID

    I currently use the free account. I want to upgrade to a paid plan but am having issues. On WordPress I have an App ID and password so I am assuming I already have an account. However, on the website when I try to login I have to use an email. I used both the emails I would use for this type of thing and it came back that an account doesn’t exist.

    What should I do?
