Login issue

Question – user meta installed and working fine then all the sudden doesn’t work. This keeps happening … basically have to go to ftp and rename plugin and login in wpadmin and then rename,re- enable and comes back after some time

Whats up … if it was a plugin conflict it just wouldn’t work so rule that out. What about cache? does that play a factor

totally lost but would like to resolve
