login in to dashboard > Index of /blog/wp-admin/

I’ve just (seemingly) got my blog running again after a hack (I’ve tried to implement security procedures as far as I can understand the recommendations).

Now suddenly I can’t log in to my dashboard. It takes me to Index of /blog/wp-admin/. I looked this up on forums and have tried a few things – logging out by URL, using myphpadmin to turn plugins off, clearing cookies, editing some files to change URL, I think – but I’m losing track now and nothing works.

All suggestions gratefully received.
