    Hi,
    Sorry for late replay,
    I am busy with my projects.

    Please uninstall the plugin and install it again.
    then select the menu location.
    It will works.

    sorry for reopening the subject, but where can I select the menu location, i can’t see login/logout anywhere.

    Hi No Problem.
    Go to the admin dashboard and click on setting navigation button , there is a logn/logout menu. if you click this you will get settings page where you can select the menu location
