Login in main page

  • I need some help in form login for my template.

    I need make a login form in main page, but with 2 fields, login and password, and when you log in will appear on the same table name with a message “USER Hi, welcome back.” And the form must vanish. Just as there is in this forum when the user makes the login.

    Sry for my bad english.
