login goes to blank page

I have lost access to my dashboard. My situation is complicated. I upgraded from version 2.0.7 to 2.7.1 today and upgraded my plugins, and all seemed to be working. Then I lost my MySQL database but restored it, apparently successfully. In the process, I changed my My SQL password, so I edited my wp-config.php file in GoLive to reflect the new password. My blog seemed to display okay, except the Share buttons from the Add-to-Any plugin had disappeared. When I try to login, however, after typing my user name and password and hitting the Login button, I get a blank page. I requested and received a new password, but still get only a blank page when I use it. I tried deleting the plugins, folder by folder (since I can’t access the Dashboard to deactivate them) and finally deleted them all, but no change. Help!
