Login gets redirected

Hi I had my WordPress demo site in this location https://youngisland.com/demo/ and have moved it to here https://mp.youngisland.com/

when I try to login through https://mp.youngisland.com/wp-admin I get redirected to youngisland.com/demo/wp-admin how can I correct this. As I have to log in and redirect the URLs.
