Login Form Layout and Extra Fields

    Hi
    I have the following issues with the login layout:

    1/ username and password fields are duplicated – ie the user needs to enter their username twice

    2/ the icons for the username and password fields are sitting over the input text

    Could you please advise?

    Be sure that no other plugins or your theme is interfering by disabling them/activating a default theme.

    ok thanks that was the issue. How do I remove some of the fields from the profile ie Personal Options – display toolbar etc?

    You can copy the profile form to your theme’s directory and edit it as you wish.
