Login Form doesn’t Work

I am working on a website built using the Avada theme. I am building out Custom Wood Moulding pages where once a user logs in, they can download the DXF or PDF files associated to a Moulding profile. I have the downloadable files hidden to logged out users using the Conditional Logic option in the Avada elements. IF I’m using a default WordPress username/password login form, it works like it is supposed to work.

BUT I am wanting to use Ultimate Member and only require/show a password field. (I did test using both a username & password fields to make sure that wasn’t the issue).

When I try to login using the set password for the user I created in UM, it just reloads the page and doesn’t show the logged-in view.

? I’ve tried the Login form with both reCAPTCHA enabled and disabled.

? I do not have a caching plugin presently active.
