Today I’ve updated the captcha bank plugin to the latest version.
When I visit /wp-admin/ I get this error message instead of a login form now:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/websitename/public_html/wp-content/plugins/captcha-bank/captcha-bank.php:1) in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-login.php on line 402 and the same message with these lines 415, 914, 915, 916, 917, 918, 919, 922, 923, 924, 925, 928, 929, 930, 931, 1174.

Then after I refresh the login page, the error says

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/websitename/public_html/wp-content/plugins/captcha-bank/captcha-bank.php:1) in /home/websitename/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1174

My php version is 5.4.45, WP version is 4.6.1

    Hi,

We would advise you to kindly uninstall the plugin completely and then re-install to the latest edition and it should sort out all of your issues!

    Thanks

I did fix itself in a day or two after my initial post. Thanks for the reply though.
