I have activated JetPack CRM and added a form. However, unable to figure out how to add login and other buttons that a user/subscriber will use to access invoices and other portal features.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
If you want contacts to be able to log into the client portal, those contacts will also need a WP Admin user account on the site. You can find information about that, along with an overview of how the Client Portal works, here: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-does-the-client-portal-work/
Client Portal is designed so that users must be added on Jetpack CRM’s side (either manually creating Client Portal for the user, or by syncing user via WooSync or Form integrations).
You can set up a Jetpack Contact Form and integrate it with Jetpack CRM to be a lead generation form, to collect an email address (to be used for logging into the Client Portal):
And configure your Jetpack CRM settings to automatically generate WordPress user for new leads, and to send a Welcome email to the Client Portal (which allows users to reset password).
To do that, in Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Client Portal, make sure “Generate WordPress Users for new contacts” is checked.

Alternatively, if you’d like to allow Jetpack CRM contacts to directly sign up on your site without using Forms, the WordPress Utilities extension lets you capture your WordPress website sign-ups directly into your Jetpack CRM contact list. This is a paid extension, however, and per www.remarpro.com community guidelines, we are not allowed to support premium plugins (paid extensions) in these forums.
To learn more about WordPress Utilities extension, please use this Pre-sales form to get support for our paid add-ons:
set a form where contacts can add their information in the CRM
set a login access where contacts (after they used the form) can login to the Client Portal
Is that correct? If so, you can have both registration and login form on the same page, but this could lead contacts to more confusion, as they might not know in what order they should use the registration/login forms.
I’d recommend to to the following:
get a different page where to add the contact forms where users can register: once done that, their email addresses will be added in CRM, and then you can use any of the options mentioned by Jay above to create their WordPress account (they need that to access the Client Portal)
Add the Client Portal shortcode to the page you appended as main login/access page for the Client Portal – [jetpackcrm_clientportal] – Note that that page is also assigned as the Client Portal page in?Jetpack CRM Settings > Client Portal.
That said, you can add a contact form on the same Client Portal page and see if that work well for you. As for the screenshot you shared, I think you should replace that iFrame with the shortcode above, since I seem to already see a contact form in place.

Hope that’s all clear and helps! Let me know if I misinterpreted anything or if you need more help (or have more questions!)
