Login for instagram stopped working

  • Hi,

    I’ve had the post and widget running okay. Now it stops working (I had changed the password, not sure if it stopped after this).

    On the login settings I see the following:
    InstagramAPI\Response\LoginResponse: Sorry, there was a problem with your request.

    Where the widget is it says
    User not logged in. Please call login() and then try again.

    Hi,

    Please delete the login from plugin login page and reenter username password.

    Hi,

    Did you delete the login? Not only username and password. But you also need to delete the old session having your old password.

    Do the following to completely remove the sessions.

    Try deleting the user with red button.
    Or
    select option to ‘delete all settings on plugin deactivation’ from plugin options. Save settings and then deactivate the plugin. Activate the plugin again and it will have no previous sessions and user etc. Set all settings again and re enter username password.

    Let us know if still have issues.

    Hi, been through the above – in fact did both, in each case I received a notification from Instagram to say there had been a new login (after connecting). But now the message from widget is InstagramAPI\Response\UserInfoResponse: User not found.
