login for client to access their project on my website and add from shop

I am looking for a login functionality for my clients to access the progress of their project (private/corporate and wedding events). The client should be able to see:
Progress of project
Check list where they can add items to buy
comments on the progress
Receive feedback from us
download pdf doc of their event progress
see their wedding guest list, table planning and everything which comes with it
and much more.

I would like to find a plugin to do this as I cannot edit and work with PHP.
