Login fails continuously

I am unable to login the Trustpiolt plugin. the emails and password are correct and works fine in TrustPilot website, but in WooCommerce backend, the plugin keep on showing ” this email and password don’t go together”. Well, actually the login happens briefly for a second , then goes out and shows the error message.
