    You should reach out to us for support if you had a problem. WordPress also provide the support forum to post the issues. Writing unnecessary comment in the review without even contacting us, seems like a bogus review to UN-necessarily confuse other users.

    Every time someone attempts to login, you receive a message with a code, including yourself. There is an app that you have to install in your phone to make it even more safe.

    Maybe you didn’t follow the steps within the app to validate your phone?

    You shouldn’t have had any issues with it. Ask the developer for some help on installing it. Good luck!
