Hello, we have several sites where we are replicating a problem when trying to access with the 2FA with the email method. The error appears after entering the username and password, that is, in the step where the email must be sent (it is not a problem of sending, the code is received correctly) and the field to enter the code is displayed. Right now, instead of seeing this field, I’m getting a blocking message from Cloudflare.

Add that, if I try the option to identify myself from APP, the field is displayed without problem.

Hi @diweb, could you please send a screenshot of the blocking message you see from Cloudflare?

Hi @diweb, apologies for the delayed response. 502 Bad Gateway is usually a server-side issue. Please try out the recommendations here and see if it helps. Are you using NGINX? If so, please also check these articles: 1 & 2.

Your .htaccess file could also be corrupted, so please try regenerating it by renaming your old .htaccess file to something like .htaccess.bak and re-saving the Permalinks settings in WordPress Admin > Settings > Permalinks.

I hope this helps, and let me know if you need further help.
