login fail

    Hi,

    I don′t know why when I click on acceder menu to login, it doesn′t work.

    The web is: https://iataccess.org/

    Click on ACCEDER bottom in the top menu.

    At the beginning it worked. But I installed contact form 7 and the problems started.

    On the other hand with Osom Modal Login, WP admnistrator session closes continuouly.

    Can you please, help me?

    Hi Ana.

    We tried to click on “Acceder” in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge and the login modal is displaying ok.

    Could you please clear your browser cache and/or try in a different browser?

    In other hand, the WP admin session is not affected by our plugin. You should check that with your hosting and/or modify the session duration on wp-config.php file.

    Hi Nahuai,

    but did you enter your user name and password? when I enter my user and password it shows a window with the following content:

    Access fails: you have entered an invalid user name or password, please try again.

    I deleted browser cache but it doesn′t work!

    Are you sure that you are entering a valid user name or password?
    Could you try it with different users?

    Hi,

    now it works with my user and pass for wp.

    I understand that any user can register, it′s not necessary to have WP USER

    Yes, you should always use the WordPress user name and password.
