Login errors

    Hi struggling to get login working, all plugins have been deactivated apart from buddypress and Youzify
    Get the message
    ERROR: the username field is empty.

    ERROR: the password field is empty.

    Also if you click login you get directed to an ordinary login page
    wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mysite.com%2Fregister%2F

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
