Login error submitting

    When entering field information that is required. Even if you have the information in there when you submit the form it says “Form has not been submitted, please see the errors below.” “This field is required.” blanks the field. We have the first two fields required. if I turn off the required it works. I have also recreated using a single text and not name for the top field and it does the same thing. Ideas?

    We have tested the form on your website. It is working well with the form fields not marked as required. Please create a test page with the same form with required fields and provide us the URL of the page so that we can see the issues and debug it.
