Login error message when clicking Forum tab

If I am not logged in and clicked on the Forum tab to view the forums, there is a message indicating that the username or password is incorrect. it just happened today, before that I don’t see that message at all.

We don’t see such problem on your forum. please leave some screenshot.

Yes it disappeared, the error message pops from the right upper corner of the page and lasts few seconds, if this issue comes back again I will try to take a screen shot, I was re-updating wordpress maybe that’s why it went away but I am not sure.

I Just found another issue, I posted my first topic in general chat forum and it’s indicating that the topic was created few minutes ago eventhough that was hours ago. It says topic was created by admin 3 minutes ago sometimes it says 1 minute ago.
