  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Twelve theme with all plugins deactivated?

Okay, I deactivate all the plugins except theme-my-login and changed the theme to Twenty Twelve, and the problem persist. Then I deactivate theme-my-login , and logged in with the classic wordpress authenticator, and evertything worked perflectly with no errors.

So I think the problem is theme-my-login plugin. Hope I can find a solution or a similar plugin because this is a great plugin.

I keep receiving this error, I know is a theme-my-login error because it only appears with the plugin activated. If someone know the solution please let me know.

    Thanks!
