Login dosent go to the Dashboard?

Whenever I login to my admin account, instead of going to the dashboard, I am now taken straight to the front page of my sight.

I am obviously logged in, because there is now an edit link beside each post. If I click this link, it takes me into the administrator interface and I can then go to everything I need, but seems like I shouldn’t have to do that everytime.
