Login does not work and shows no preview camera

The login works and I was able to make some tests.

I tested on my user:
– normal login form is working fine: https://www.screencast.com/t/tdHa30x6tVzz
– I added a image to my user(+I saw that other user has image too)
– For user image tested both upload AND image taken from camera
– After adding the image,+login was working for me and it shows the camera too
– From module settings I changed this: https://www.screencast.com/t/M6l2NCEIEq
– Now when you go to login form it auto-start camera

For me the camera login is working.
Can you give me more details about the error?

Strange, last time, the camera did not turn on even I try again in incognito mode.
It seems to work now.
After recognising successfully, it still requires login name and password?
