Login does not exist anymore

I was trying to log into my wordpress page and my login is not recognized anymore. After trying to reset my password on the “forgot your password” link, it tells me my username does not exist. Once i did some more digging on trying to find the username and password i found a file with “[email protected]” when i googled that it was a backdoor hack!!
what do i do? do i need to re sign up for wordpress? or is there a way get my old username and password back to working again?
