• When viewing my site on my iPhone and clicking the menu hamburger, I see “Login Customizer” as one of the menu items. I did not add this to the main menu of the website and I don’t want it there. I cannot find a setting that adds or removes it. It’s only showing on the mobile version, not when viewing in a browser on a computer.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Even after disabling the plugin, “Login designer” still appears in the menu when viewing the website on a phone. I put the page into draft mode for now, and that removed it, but obviously when it’s in that state I’m back to the standard WordPress login screen.

    Hi @reneyoung ,

Thanks for reaching out WP Experts Support Team! It sounds like the issue you’re encountering might be related to caching or a plugin conflict.

To assist you further, could you please provide the following details:

    1. The PHP version your site is running on.
    2. The version of WordPress you are using.

Additionally, I recommend clearing the cache on your website, as this can sometimes cause outdated elements to display. If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear its cache, and if your hosting provider has a caching system, try clearing that as well.

Let me know if that resolves the issue. We are looking forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    WP Experts Support Team
