    Hi,

I’m using Woocommerce as a package with Bedrocks.

Version 8.5 prevents login cookies from being set-up properly.

Bedrocks requires that cookie “wordpress_logged_in_*” be duplicated for both paths “/wp” and “/”.

Since version 8.5, when logging in, the cookie for path “/” is not set anymore which creates issue in back-office when accessing paths starting with “/wp-json”.

I had to revert as this update prevented my website from functionning properly.

    Please fix this.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

Same for me. I run woocommerce sites in subdirectories where the front end is running in ‘/’.
Since 8.5 the wordpress_logged_in cookie is being set after customer login with ‘/subdirectory’ path but cannot be read back in ‘/’ resulting in silent failure. Dashboard works OK but am getting same errors as OP.

    Hey @johnboone and @mickyharris!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

There was an issue with the 8.5 release, so reverted the stable tag to 8.4. We expect to have a fix in place by Monday, January 15th, and release 8.5.1. More info can be found in the?release notes?for 8.5.

You can find older versions to download here.

If you prefer, you can also use a plugin such as WP Rollback to help you with this process. You can find the plugin here.
