Login button not working since updating to 3.4.0 and 3.4.1

  • After updating this plugin to 3.4.0 our login button on the custom login page stopped working – pressing it did nothing. The issue persisted after updating again to 3.4.1. We’e since rolled back to 3.3.9 and things are working again (lots of users log into the site, so we can’t leave the broken version on), but would like to have the most recent version of the plugin if possible.

    There’s a plugin called WP Rollback that will allow you to go back to different versions of plugins – that’s what I used.

    Go in via FTP and rename the Admin Custom Login plugin to .old. Then you’ll be able to login to your site. Update the Admin Custom Login plugin to v3.4.2, then re-activate it.

    I’ve done this on several site’s for client’s this morning & it’s worked on every one of their site’s

    The new version worked! Thanks.
    However, something interesting …
    My site had already been updated to 3.4.2, and the Login button was not working.
    I deleted the plugin and then re-installed it.
    Now everything is working again.

    Don’t know if that was something on my end or if installing an entirely new version was different than doing an update.

    anyway, thanks for the plugin. It really makes the login look nice.
